Fees shown above are based on unfurnished properties. For furnished add £50.00
First Month’s Rent – no pets as Agreed
First Month’s Rent – with pets add £25.00 per pet
Deposit five weeks rent (rent x 12/52 x 5)
You will be advised if a particular Landlord for any reason requires a greater deposit
Deposits are held by Mead Property Management with Thames & Chilterns as Stakeholder and registered in the Tenancy Deposit Scheme or paid to and held by the Deposit Protection Service

Tenancy Renewals
Negotiating terms preparing documentation & re registering the Tenancy deposit & issuing certificate £65.00

Missed Agent or Contractor Appointments £45.00
Chasing for Late Payments per letter or email £30.00
Lost Security Items Keys, security fobs/remote controls at cost plus £45.00
Out of Hours Attendance By Landlord’s Agent – Per half hour or part thereof £45.00
Contractors Attending to repairs caused by Tenant action or inaction at invoiced cost plus £45.00
