If you apply to and take an Assured Shorthold Tenancy through Mead Property Management with Thames & Chilterns you may be liable for the following costs, fees and default charges which are shown inclusive of VAT: Other types of Agreements may attract Fees and Charges
Before a Tenancy can commence you must have provided proof of identity, right to remain in UK, Visa & Immigration Status ideally with your application. We will be obtaining references including previous Landlord, income and credit checks

 

Holding Deposit is payable with your application and secures the property pending references, it will be deducted from your opening account or refunded except where you withdraw or have made false declarations on your application. Payable on Demand

Deposits are held as Stakeholder and registered in the Tenancy Deposit Scheme or paid to and held by the Deposit Protection Service. In some situations the Deposit will be passed to or collected by the Landlord who has a duty to register the deposit with the appropriate scheme.
An alternative “No Deposit Scheme” may be available through an independent supplier
